Litbrá – English Pattern
The sweater Litbrá (meaning she who changes colors) is knit from a single ply high quality 100 % Icelandic Thingborg lopi wool and hand dyed single ply 100% Icelandic wool yarn from “Wool by Dora”. The sweater is designed with the aim that individual knitters can play with colors and color combinations each making her own personal design with no 2 sweaters the same. The sweater is knit in the round from the top down and a simple and clean-cut outline that is easy to adapt to individual needs. The sweater can be knit without any ribbing making the color play continuous and ascetically pleasing. At the end there are few finishing touches except to weave in ends, sew down the neckline and strengthen the underarm area. Since the design of the sweater encourages knitters to play with color it is a very fun knit and the construction easy. The pattern comes in 9 individual sizes that can be adapted to individual needs.
